A few weeks ago, I started writing in my 5-minute journal. Every morning, I write 3 things that would make today great. This simple question sets an intention for the day and increases the probability that I’ll make those things happen. That got me thinking about setting some goals/bucket list items for the next year. So I’ve decided to create a birthday wishlist- 26 things to do before turning 27.
Most of the items on my list are classes that I’ve been wanting to take and experiences that will improve my overall quality of life- like beginning a vitamin routine and improving my public speaking skills.
