With just a few supplies from a craft store, you can turn yourself into a playful and unique ice cream cone Halloween costume.
Here’s what you need:
- White tulle
- A belt
- A white tee
- Colorful toothpicks
- Gold Paper
- A headband
- A glue gun
Making the Skirt:
First, you’ll cut the tulle into even long strips and begin to tie them into the belt with a simple knot. Tie the tulle completely around the belt.
Making the Cone:
Fold the gold paper into a cone and glue the ends together. Then cut out holes for the headband.
