Since moving to Austin, I’ve created a vision board every January so I wanted to keep the tradition going. Creating a vision board and goals helped me hit the reset button and begin a new year. I made this vision board by saving pins to a Pinterest board and creating the collage on Moodzer.
Although it feels so weird to create goals after such an uncertain year, I am focusing on things that I can control, while allowing myself to dream about traveling beautiful places in 2021 and making up for 2020.
I included a quote that said ” I am becoming the best version of myself” and I started to reflect on what the best version of myself looks like. I think it sums up my goals for the year really well.
She wakes up slowly by journaling, works out, and has a smoothie. She gets ready for the day and puts on a cute outfit. She walks Rory and makes a latte. She does her best at work and eats a healthy lunch and dinner. She has minimal screen time, is creative, writes in her at least blog once a month. Spends quality time with her boyfriend. Reads a book before bed while having tea, follows a skincare routine, and meditates before going to sleep.
